Actor: Will Barker
Will Barker first discovered his love for the theatrical arts in the mountains of North Carolina and eventually moved to Los Angeles in 2006. He attended The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and graduated May of 2008. Since then he has participated in several Studio as well as Independent projects including S. Mohen’s Eve is Dead and of course True Perfection. Aside from TV and Film, he has also enjoyed furthering his career on the stage with productions including the The Columbine Project Off-Broadway, the west coast premiere of Charles Evered’s Celadine at The Colony Theatre, as well as participating in The Blank Theatre Company’s Young Playwright’s Festival. In this he brought to life the physical embodiment
of “The Breeze” in May Treuhaft-Ali’s show titled MAY. A timeless “Breeze” who has his
heart broken by a young girl named “Honey”, played by Glee’s Heather Morris, but ultimately concludes with a beautiful bittersweet ending. The talented trio of a cast also included Twilight’s brilliant Michael Welch. Will also trains in stunt swordplay and stage combat. Currently he has a couple projects of his own in the making and is excited to play “James LeFroy” in Sarah’s True Perfection. Along with the career in acting, Will is on staff with The Thirst Project, a charity working to bring clean drinking water to underdeveloped countries one well at a time. He strives to leave this world with hope through love and art and thanks God every day for this life.
